Players & Parents must fundraise a specified amount or pay the amount out of pocket.
Typical Tournament Entry Fee (per player)
- Local Tournaments | $50-$60 | 1-2 Days
- Travel Tournaments | $75-$100 | 2-5 Days
We fundraise to keep these costs low & save parents money.
Entry fees exclude travel cost, accommodations, meals, etc.

OUR 3 TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS
To Play in Tournaments, Players MUST Do 3 Things:
- Receive a minimum score of 3 Stars out of 5 on their Monthly Player Evaluation
- Maintain a 3.0+ GPA
- Attend minimum of 80% of practices

JERSEYS & UNIFORMS ARE REQUIRED AT PRACTICES & GAMES
A Carson D.U.C.K.S loaner uniform set is included in the Registreation fee.
All players will receive a Carson D.U.C.K.S loaner uniform set by the end of their first week of joining our club team. The Loaner jersey must be worn at all times, and until the Uniform Pack arrives. The loaner set includes:
1 practice jersey (reversible),
1 game uniform set (reversible),
1 carry bag
The practice jersey must be wore at each practice & the game uniform must be worn at each game.
All players are REQUIRED to purchase the full Uniform Pack ($250) by the end of their 1st month of joining (30 days).
The uniform pack includes:
3 reversible jerseys,
2 game uniforms (reversible),
2 T-Shirts,
1 Hoodie
1 Photo Day
The Loaner jersey set must be returned after the Uniform Pack arrives in order to be refunded the $50 from the registration fee. The refund will be issued once the Uniform pack arrives and the loaner jersey is returned (unless there is loss or damage). If the Uniform Pack is not purchased by the end of your first month of joining (30 days) you will forfeit the $50 and will be charged an additional $50 per month until the Uniform Pack is purchased and the loaner set is returned. In the case of loss or damage, we will use the refundable portion ($50) to fix or replace the loaner jersey set. The Uniform Pack purchase will still be required.

COMMITMENTS & MISSED PAYMENTS
Participating with Carson D.U.C.K.S Basketball is a commitment by both the Players and Parents. If requirements and expectations are unmet, we may ask you to join another program.
If monthly dues and payments are not made by the 3rd of the month, your child will be ineligible to attend clinics, club teams practice, tournaments, and/or or events, until the unpaid balance is paid in full.
